This was my breakthrough. I got a Wacom tablet a while back and spent a lot of time feeling inadequate while using it. The disconnect between what my hand was doing and what I saw onscreen was a large hurdle for me. With the program Sketchbook I practiced a lot of “sketchy” drawings using lots of messy lines and re-drawing the same lines to make them stronger. It was good eye to hand practice and the programs simulated “pencil” feels and looks very much like the real thing! The finished product here finally met my standards. Now I can say I use a Wacom tablet.
Oh, as to what the monkey is doing, I don’t know. Where this came out of my psyche I cant tell you but, uh, I don’t condone licking toads… stay in school kids!
